If trump win

I don't think he can the ones who have already filed for asylum per say. But I think he can change the law somehow and have the cases being processed exponentially faster both at the asylum and immigration courts and have the rejected ones ordered to be deported.
Just an idea.
 
In my opinion, Mr Trump is gaining sympathies of those Americans who do not like immigrants, they are the people who do not work and can't see others growing with their hard work. Its all political stunt, if you remember when Mr Obama announced new reforms in immigration and he issued executive orders as first step towards settling illegal immigrants , all hue and cry was from republicans, not because they did not want or like it but it could save the future of democrats in the country for ever and republicans could be washed out. Imagine millions of new voters for the party was a big success. Now election of Nov 2016, the person who will surely win will be Mrs Hillary Clinton because United States without any doubt is the biggest and strongest democracy and voice of women rights in the world , they have made a colored gentleman their president and now is the turn to make a lady the president. If by any chance Mr Trump wins this elections he will change all his policies and maybe (likely hood ) is that after coming into power republicans may be more liberal and softened up towards immigrants to overcome Mr Trump's previous speeches. Republicans have been in power and they never harmed any immigrant Mr Trump is an emotional man and maybe he takes immediate measures to resolve immigrants issues positively because if he does it in negative spirit, he is going to destroy the image of the country along with the economy. And democrats are always immigrants friendly ,So whatever government comes it will not harm anyone within United States.

recommended approval in July 2016 and still waiting for decision, expecting it any day but who knows when?
 
Thanks even though I am starting to lose hope in the whole system given the next administration that is capable of the worse.

On election day I too was confident that Hillary will win. This is an opportunity for all of us to remember that only God knows the future and everything is possible.
Therefore, we should expect the best as well as the worse.

Good point Lota. I think people will just need to wait and see what happens. I'm currently hoping that the DV Lottery program continues to exist but its out of my hands. For now just take advantage while the program is still active
 
Ladies and gentlemen, i got it approved, right after 4 months of recommended approval, finally i got final approval letter today. So forget about your fears and relax, i was an applicant with a wife and 4 kids in USA and a Muslim candidate. Remember that USCIS case status website does not tell you about your approval these days because 30 minutes before i got the letter , the website didn't say anything new. I ll pray for success of you all.
