Thats cool BCIS chamcha, yesterday there was another article in TOI about microsoft moving around 800 jobs to India, thats the future like it or not.

Probably the delay in 485 may be contributing to outsourcing too.

Employers may be thinking that we are high maintainence($$). what with all the money they pay the attorneys for AP, EAD renewals... additional fees for RFEs.
