Hello Team,
I have both my visa and I94 valid till Feb 2021 according to petition validity Feb 2021 irrespective of passport expiration date i.e., November 2020.
As my passport is about to expiring by Nov 2020, I just renewed passport in December 2019, i got new passport valid till 2029.
In this case, my last I94 showing details with respect to old passport details. Is this any problem staying in USA with valid i94 with old passport details in it?
Do i need to file for i94 extension? Usually 6 months before only it is possible to file I94 extensions right?
