I am married to a us citizen.ha has been lived out of USA for last 18 years.he is self-employed and he has no tax return history
We both are in us since 2 months ago and I am going to concurrent file I-130/485/131/765.
My Q is about I864:
we both don’t have job in USA(my husband is self-employed) and has no current income and no tax return history.
I have a joint sponsor who meets the conditions and has filed I864 with all documents for me but as in GC through marriage application THE SPOUSE HAS TO BE THE MAIN SPONSOR he has to fill I864.what should we fill in places of income and tax history?
Every single help would be sooooooooo appreciated…sorry if my question is a basic one.
