Hi Forum,

Here is my info and wondering if anybody can tell me that, after my finger prints done way back in Feb 18th 2004 the online massage still not changed even after 5 months....it says that

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On February 27, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.

happens, well there are cases where the people have received cards after approval stamping etc, and theier status still says processing so dont worry, someone forgot to update the status.

I did my 1st FP in July 2003. I was seeing same message like yours for last one year till my i485 gets approved. So please don't worry.
It is the usual message after FP. It won;t change until any big things (Approval or RFE) comes.

Take it easy.Things should move easily but at sometimes there might be speed breaks and no one knows.But enjoy the life.
Which Service center u applied for and there are people who keep on extending year after year for the h1b extension.
Bye the bye are you with the same company who has sponsored H1 and Green card.
Did you meet with accidents for rash driving or drunken driving.i know there are some people who drive crazily.Keep your heart clean and God helps those who help others.
