i485 question - chargeble country

Hi,

I am India born, migrated to Canada and became a citizen.

Now I came to US on H1b, and just applied for labor. Being a Canada citizen can I apply for i485 (along with i140) once my labor is approved? or I need to wait until India's dates become current?

It is current citizenship or the country in which I born, which matters?

Chargeability depends on country of birth not citizenship

You are chargeable to India, not Canada, unless your spouse was born in Canada.
