Hello everybody! ,I'm under i245 employment base,biometrics done last week,got EAD 2 weeks ego ,came to this country in 1993 as a tourist lost my passport with i94 ,I requested a new one with the i102 they couldn't find it they want more evidence ,but besides my passport #,air line name and the date when I came I have nothing else,my question is this i102 form will Daley my case?
Another issue is that I was petitioned through marriage in 1997 I got EAD back then but never went to any interview therefore my application was denied in 2000 never recieved a letter about removal proceeding or deportation ,I want to hear your opinions guys ,thanks a lot
