I485 & G4??Need Expert Advice

I am on H1 and My 485 is pending at Vermont for the past two years. Did 3 FPs,3EADs...on and on and on....

Meantime my Client wants to hire me and it's a International Organization like IMF. All my client knows is about G visas???

Do I need to take G4 Visa?

Can I just work directly with Client using my EAD?

If I take G4 what will happen to my 485 process?

I am in a totally confused situation and my attorney is paid by my Employer to whom I can't ask these kind of Q?s.

Any help is verymuch appreciated from people who knows both the worlds of GreenCard and G visas.

You can use the EAD.

The real question is - with a filed I-485, could I get a G visa even if I wanted/needed one? I highly doubt it.
 
I don't know what a G visa is. You can certainly join them with your EAD.
But since your 485 is pending- you need to think of AC21- will the employer do it and can they do it. With IMF type orgn. that may or may not be possible.
