It is better to call INS than to send a FAX. They generally
do not reply to the FAX. Even if they do, they will not
provide the details that you are seeking like is the case
with an officer. Try calling from 7:40 AM CST on or late
in the noon.
Is TSC processing by EAD renewals?
I have noticed this trend based on postings here and in ISN.
Maybe its just my imagination.
