I converted to Premium for I140 (Nebraska). After that I got RFE and my employer responed with the evidence. The status shows they received the docs. How long would it take in Premium after this? Someone told me that if there is RFE it can still take upto 6months even if its premium. I dont think that might be the case since they charged $1000
