Hi all,
you might have seen my previous post (http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=148685). I got laid off after I140-OR approval. The company lawyer says that they will not withdraw 140 petition and that my new future employer can pick up where we left, i.e. with the new employment they can send I485 for me. Anybody has similar expirience? Advice?
BTW, if anybody is looking to hire protein/peptide PhD chemist I am available
