I140/485 Packet lost @NSC

Appreciate your help,
my attorneys are telling me that the package sent for I140/485 was lost by CIS.
I do have the fedex-receipt and proof that someone from NSC signed the package.
The package was received at NSC on 06/14(according to fedex info). This was concurrent
filing of 140/485.
My attorneys are saying now that they are going to refile. Not sure of what will
happen to the following.

1). Will my 140 be considered under PP?
2). Will my 485 be considered as filed in June?

Really disappointed, have been waiting for GC since 2001 and now i get this
after the labour is through after 6 years waiting.

Wow, that sounds like terrible news. Good luck to you. However, as far as I know, USCIS is not accepting any applications for EB categories this month (atleast until Oct 2007). How are they going to have them accept your application?? I hope everything works out in your favor...by the way, how do they know the package was lost??
