My wife’s brother, a citizen, submitted an I130 on 11/9/1999. My wife does not have any legal status but on 9/5/2002 this application was approved. I have been looking for the processing dates for this category and the USCIS is not showing that category in the web site for the Texas Service Center. I have seen several web sites where they post this dates but every single web site shows different dates. Do any of you know a correct answer for the processing dates based in these dates?

My wife is from Mexico so it might be a different processing date for this country.
