I130 after coming here on F1 visa

GC holder .wife coming on F1 /study visa

Can I apply for her for I130 and 485 ??

If so , will she be able to work in the time been?

yes you can apply (I-130 only not I-485) for her but wait until she is approved for the F1.
She can work on campus only

A GC Holder can not file for I485. You have to be a USC for that.
