I have my 485 approved couple of weeks back. I am working with a different company name ABC on H1B than the GC sponsoring employer XYZ. GC sponsoring employer XYZ still offers the job. My current employer ABC needed me for another 6 months for one important on going project.
1) what can I do. Can I work for both the companies at the same time since I can work for multiple employers at the same time.
2)Do I need to inform the company ABC that my green card is approved. Is there any legal obligation that I need to inform about my gc approval to the current employer ABC since I am working with them on H1B?
