I have a Masters degree in Mild Disabilities and Bachelors in Physics. The job requires bachelors or Masters in Mild Disabilities (MD). How should Item H in the labor cert look like? For Item 4 should minimum be Bachelors degree in MD, then in Item 8 alternate level is Masters? OR should we put minimum level to be a Masters degree - which appears to be wrong because a bachelors is acceptable, too. Because I dont have bachelors in MD should we place in the labor cert that bachelors can be any degree?
