I'm promised a job if I do all the H1B paper work and research for my potential employer. Here are my questions:
1) In the Form I-129 instructions there's a part where it says:
Written consultation. Noted classifications require a written consultation with a recognized peer group, union and/or management organization regarding the nature of the wor to be done and the alien's qualifications, before the petition my be approved.
Can someone explain to me what does "recognized peer group or management organization" means?
2) My OPT has already expired at 5/31. I'm in the 30 days grace period right now. Can I stay and wait to see if my H1-B application is approved? AND if my H1-B is approved, can I stay until 10/1, when it take effect?
