I got two I140(EB2 & EB3) and I applied for Adj. using EB2, Is it any problem for I485 Adj.,

Your I 140 should match the job description with the Labor ,

U alwasy use only one I 140 at the time of filing for I 485, AOS, make sure the job description should match with what U or your attorney has mentioned at the time of obtaining the LABOR certificate from the DOL. Again pl check with your attorney or take legal opinion on this.
