I need an advise:

I picked Consular when I filled 140.
Last week, I got letter from NVC asking "Choice of Address and Agent" to appoint an attorney. But I also apply AOS in July. My date is current now.
What to do ? Send them a letter that I will go with AOS but not Consular Processing.

Please advise.

YES, Send them a letter that you will go with AOS and not Consular Processing, and continue to follow up with your AOS application.

Also, you said you applied for AOS in July, I'm assuming you mean July last year. Was that before your date became current?? because if that is the case, your AOS application might be denied for 'priority date not current' and you will need to do your AOS application all over again.

Thanks Guys

I talked with both agency.

USCIS said: No action necessary and NVC actions will not effect my AOS process. Call us back if you don't here from us within 3-4 months.

NVC said: Instead of address change form, write a letter that you will go ahead with AOS.

it was 2007 btw
