I am Canadian Citizen with L1-B Visa. My company closed the division in the US. When I came to the US, my family came with me "my wife and my 3 kids" with L2 visas. I have sold everything I have in Canada before I come in which I don\'t know a way out for my situation. If I will go back, I have to start building everything back again plus there is a matter of finding a job in Canada fast enough to support my family. My elder daughter is approaching college next fall which makes it more harder for her.

I have found a another job in here and I am working, I have informed my employer and asked him if he can sponsor me with H1-B visa. I didn\'t get any response from him yet. My question is, are there any way where I can get out of this mess and be able to get a status in the US or get a permanent resident status?

Can you please explain more on premium processing of H1. I will need to educate myself more on this.
