I-765 question

I am filing I765 along with I485 for my wife in FB category. Currently she is on EAD and PAROLE (EB3 based).

I am naturalized US citizen and am filing I485 and I765 for my wife in FB category while her I-485 is pending in EB3.

While filling the I-765 the very first question

I am applying for
1.permission to accept employment
2. Replacement
3. Renewal of my permission to accept employment

What should we choose her EAD is currently valid but has got through EB3 category. should we choose option "3"
 
Choose "Permission to accept employment", because her existing EAD is from a separate case.

However, for the question where it asks whether one has applied for employment authorization before, give details of the existing EAD.
