I-751 processing time

Hi everyone,
On the BCIS website the processing time for the I-751 at the texas service center shows that they are now processing applications that were received as of Nov. 08, 2005. From this information will it be right for me to conclude that it is taking them about 2-3 months to process the I-751 (removal of conditions) applications. Following is the website that I used:

How can I figure out how long will it take for the local office (Memphis) to process after the texas service center gets done with the processing.
