In part 5 of form I-751, it says to list your "Conditional Resident" children. What about those that were born as US citizens after the marriage? Do I still list those or is that part just for "conditional resident" children?
Thanks

You list them in part 5 of the form and state their immigration status as "US citizens".

No, I know that they are not conditional resisdents. However on the form it just says "List your children". In the instructions it says "Make SURE to list your conditional resident children as well".

So although my child is a US citizen, do I still list them? Because nowhere on the actual form does it say "Only list conditional resident children". The instructions make it confusing.

List all your children, regardless of what immigration status they have. In your case, your US born children need to be listed. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply!

BTW..dont you just love it, that they more than doubled the fee for filing this form now? Basically if you arent pretty well off, you cant afford to get a green card. I doubt most Americans could afford all these fees, its a rip-off!

You have to pay the I-751 fee regardless of how many children you have or their citizenship status.

However, you will not have to pay the $85 biometrics fee for US citizen children or other children who are not conditional residents. If you have no conditional resident children the fee would just be the standard $505 plus one $85 fee for yourself (or for your spouse, if your spouse is the noncitizen) for a total of $590.
