I-693 printed from USCIS web site.

Dear friends:

I got RFE on medicals because my previous Dr messed up the medical exams (no signature, no I-693 supplemental, etc). I have to find a different Dr redo it. My question is: Can I use the I-693 printed from USCIS web page? Any body used the printed I-693, not the original (pink, yellow, white version)?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Normally doctors have that with them.
You just get printed those forms and check with the doctors if he/she uses all of them.

The form I-693 could be printed out of the website, however the supplemental to I-693 have been supplied by USCIS to all the authorised doctors. So print out the form I-693 and take it to the doc. Insist on a copy of the supplemental form after they seal one for USCIS after the medicals.
