I-693 (please provide latest copy)

I was trying to download the I-693 from USCIS which expired on 06/30/2007. I read on one of the threads that there is new one available in civil surgeons office but not on www.uscis.gov.

I would appreciate if someone can upload the latest version of I-693.

Don't worry about it. As it states at http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/us...nnel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD, previous editions accepted.
