I-485 via spouse's citizenship and employer

Hi,

If I-485 is filed via spouse's citizenship and while it is pending, could employer file I-485 for me?

Do I need to withdraw spouse's sponsorship before company files I-485?

Why would you want to withdraw AOS through your wife? That route is generally faster, and why interrupt a process that is already moving along?
