I-485 Rfe

My LUD changed for me and my wife for i-485 on 3/7/2005 after responding to the RFE

RFE RECVD FROM INS: FEB 10TH 2005
RFE RESPONDED: FEB 23RD 2005
INS ACKNOW: SAYING RECIVED RESPONSE ON FEB 28TH 2005 BY SENDING EMAILS ON MARCH 2ND 2005

AND LUD CHANGED MARCH 7TH 2005 FOR BOTH ME AND MY WIFE ( WITH SAME MESSAGE)

JUST CONFIRMING IT IS NOT MASS UPDATE :confused:

PLEASE LET ME KNOW
 
Stop paying attention to these LUD...it means nothing. My LUD has been changing regulalry for last one year without any realy meaning to it !

Today, I found INS updated my case and it says,

On March 9, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283

Is this RFE notice ?

My case(WAC-02-286-xxxxx) is as below.

RD : 09/20/2002
ND : 09/20/2002
1st FP : 11/06/2002
2nd FP : 02/02/2005

How long usually it take to be approved after RLE ?

AFTER RECEIVING U RESPONSE---2 DAYS TO 3 MONTHS
DEPENDS UP ON OFFICER :mad:

This is a typical RFE notice. Some people were approved within two weeks after CIS got a response. Some people are not approved after almost a year after responding to RFE.
