i 485 question

2.With employer A, I filed i 140 and I 485 and employer B has filed I 140, Employer A has withdrawn I 140,How do i interlink employer B's I 140 and I 485.Employer B has not given me I 140 receipt number.

3.My employer has not given me I 140 receipt number , How do i get it , Can i file a foia or through any other way/method.

------------------ you can make a request to USCIS to Interfile New I-140 with pending I-485. you need employer B I-140 filing reciept or I-140 approval notice and I-485 filing reciept. take the help from employer B lawyer.

FYI with your A# the USCIS can check any petition filed for you or pending. if employer B wrote your A# on I-140 form then it is easy for USCIS.
