I-485 pending status/Parents visit

Hi,

I finished my H1 (6 year period) and my status now is 485 pending. I have the valid EAD card and Adv Parole.

My question is, Can I have my parents/in-laws to visit US for 6 months? If anybody experienced similar situation, please respond..

I was in the same situation but I sponsored for my in-laws on EAD pending I485 and they had no problem visiting us for 6 months.

I recently sponsored my parents on I485 pending and they did not have any problem getting visa. I changed my job last year that voided my visa stamp. Just send copy of your I485 receipt and EAD.
