I-485 Part 3 question for spouse of naturalize citizen

I am filing I485 for my wife family based. Currently she is on EAD and PAROLE (EB3 based). Last she had enter US on PAROLE

I am naturalized US citizen and am filing I485 for my wife in FB category while her I-485 is pending in EB3.

I have question in I485 part 3 where they have asked
last status you entered US : we wrote "PAROLE"
Non-Immigrant visa number : ??
Consulate where visa was issued : ??
Date Visa Issued: ??


As my wife is on PAROLE what should we write for the above field
