I-485, help with RFE

Applied for I-485 and got Request for Evidence. I was arrested and my case was dismissed, so because of that USCIS ask me to submit two documents. First, it's final court disposition, which I submitted when sent all my case ( i don't know why USCIS ask me again about this document ). So I can handle it.
Second, I need to submit Arresting Officer Report.
Could you please explain me where can I obtain it?
 
You need to provide police charging document and court disposition of your case. You need to contact local city/town police station where crime took place.
