I-485, G-325A, I-765, I-131 Questions..Need Help

Hi Guys,

Can someone please help with these questions. I need to fill up the forms for AOS, EAD and Advance Parole:

I-485 AOS Questions:
A # will be blank for H1B and H4 Applicants. Correct ?

G-325A Biographic Information Questions:
Applicants residence last 5 years? There are 6 line items and to cover 5 years, I need 3 more line items. What should I do with 3 line items I need to add for addresses to compelete 5 Years history?
Applicants occupation for employement for last 5 years, will it be Title or just "Programmer" should be fine?

I-765 EAD Questions
Q No. 16, What would go there for H1B ann H4 candidates:
( ) ( ) ( )

I-131 Advance Parole Questions
Q No. 3 - Class of Admission for H1B and H4 Applicants
I am really confused about this document and if someone has any sample or anywhere I can look, that would be helpful.

I think it should be the number in your I-140.

G-325A Biographic Information Questions:

you can attach extra sheet and list your address there.

Applicants occupation for employement for last 5 years, will it be Title or just "Programmer" should be fine?

AIK, You leave A# as Blank. This the number you receive along with the I-485 receipt notice.
