i-485 for wife, kids

we are about to file i-485. my questions are;
a) do i need to file a separate i-485 form for my wife, and each child?
b) and do i also need to file biographic information form for each of them?
these are a lot of paperwork

or can i simlpy provide their info on my i-485 and choose "YES" on 'applying with you'?

what the F

I applied for GC on Jan 03. everyone I know is approved but me. I have been legal and with no criminal record. what the f is uiics doing. I thing if I was illigal than I would have got my GC lot faster like everyone else. we legal people suck. My father server for US goverenment for 14 years and this what the f I get.
