Just checked the AVM. My case was approved on July 5th. The details are:

RD: Nov 5, 1999
ND: Nov 8, 1999
Finger Prints: Aug 12, 2000
EB3 India
Priority Date: March 1999

congrats, seems CSC is definately taking care of 1999 & 2000 cases now. Maybe in couple of months they may start issuing FP notices for this year applicants. Just a thought (hunch maybe!!)
