Finally after three long years got the good news today.

Of course it took 3 fingerprints, two EADs, nearly 50 letters and emails for namecheck clearance (not sure it helped), several phone calls to USCIS and congressmen offices, several hundred hours of poring over the internet and nearly $10K in lawyer and application fees to catch the elusive American dream!!!!
