I-485 Approved(VSC)

My I-485 got approved on 06/04/06 and the Cards were ordered on 6/06/2006.

My case is EB3 Substiution case.
485 filed from VSC in Jan'06...

I am regular reader of this forum and i learned lot of information from this site..

I enquired abt my name check status in May and they said it got cleared.

The Journey is Short and I sincerely wish all the best those waiting to get GC..

Let me know if you need more information...

could you please provide more info about ur case...like dates of 140/EAD/AP if any...and FP and any LUDs for 485 before been approved?
the could help many of us here in the forum.

My I-140 is filed in Nov'05 and it is approved in May'06.
There is not even a single LUD before it is approved.

I applied my I-485 in Jan'06.
I got EAD/AP in Mar'06.

I got 485 LUD change immediately after I-140 is approved.

So, I was curious and called VSC and they told my name check is cleared.
I didn't believe them..as he told me immediately that it is cleared.

So, I called them after 1 week..They told it is cleared and it is pending adjuridication..

Then...i believed them...

Regarding Name check..my friends also called..and VSC responded to them..
they never said ...that they can't tell....

Right now..I am waiting for Approval letter....

One more thing..I am from India....

Congrats GETGC2006! What the priority date on your EB3 app? Also, do you recall when (date if you can remember) they mentioned that your file was pending adjudication? Thanks.

Can anybody guide me as to how can I know about my name check. I would really appreciate.
