I-485 Approved RFE Case

Hi Friends, Finally my wait is over and I-485 cases for me and my wife got Approved.
I got the Approval notices in mail today.
I had checked the AVM today at 5.00PM (Wednesday, March 20) and it was still saying, on March 11
we received the response to RFE, blah blah,.. And for my wife it is still saying "On Dec 29,..."
I am so happy to see this happen.

ND: 07/19/2001
AP: 08/2001
EAD: 11/07/2K1(AVM), 11/21/2K1(Card Recvd)
FP: Done 10/20/2K1 at San Jose (Scheduled 11/09/2K1 at Oakland)
AVM Change: 01/01/2002 ("On Dec 29, ...")
RFE Recvd by Lawyer:03/05
Got RFE docs from India in Fax:03/06
RFE Responded by Lawyer:03/07 (AVM never Updated for RFE Issue)
AVM Update for RFE Response: 03/11/2001
Approval Date: 03/15(Got in Mail on 03/20), but AVM still old.

My Case Is EB2-RIR India.
Priority Date: Sept 2000

Great News !! Congrats Buddy !!! I was expecting your approval as your RFe response received just after me. This gives hope to remaining RFE cases. I hope all RFE cases get speedy approval.

What was RFE for

Looks Like yours is simliar case as mine , can you please let me know what informtaion they wanted .

Here are my case details:
AVM says on March 15 they have sent a notice for Additoinal evidence or information.I have not yet recevied any notice.
Does any know what Additoinal evidence they usually ask for.

Here are my case details
 WAC 01-259-xxxx RD Jun 12 , 2001, ND AUG 17,2001

Finger print notices received on 10/20/2001 for 11/27/2001 at Oakland cente.
FP done on 11/27/2001 at Oakland cente.
EAD cards received on 11/10/2001.

any help is appreciated
 
RFE was for non-avail of birth certificate and 3 pay stubs

Since my company is a big one and had 2 rounds of big layoffs last year, so they may have asked for the pay stub. I am very happy and feel relieved. It was lots of tension in the process. The total time from Labor to 485 Approval was 1 year and 4 months for me.
Thanks to everybody in this board, whose details always helped me.

hi Kumar,
  Even my company had 2 round of layoffs , still there may be more layoffs.Hopeing to Get the MY GC before further layoffs.
 I eagerly waiting to see what additional info they want .
And wanted to send back to INS the response to INS ASAP.
 I heard that they send the notice to lawyer,do they send a copy to us too.

My RFE case is exactly similar to you. I also got RFE for certificate for non-availability of birth certificate and 3 pay stubs.

My questions are :

1. From where did you get the certificate of non-availability of birth certificate ? From registrar\'s office of birth/death or from some other office ?

2. In which language was the certificate ?

3. Did you submit any additional documents, in addition to (i) certificate of non-availability of birth certificate (b) 3 paystubs ?

I will appreciate your response.
