I-485 approved: after two FP\'s, Address/Emplyer change, Interview, and Police Clearances

Congraduations!!!!

Havn\'t checked the list for a while. Great to
see your approval. May you enjoy your freedom!

about the police clarence,

according to your previous posting, you need to
have all the record from all last 5 years resident.
What happened if someone move from east coast to west?
Do you know if that is a very restrict rules? Can someone
just provide the last 4 years from local police department?

Nice to see you again, hmmIwtg!

When you are requested to provide \'police clearances\' by INS officer at the interview,
You are given a notice with the item "Letter of police clearances for last five years" marked.

I\'m not quite sure if there could be any flexibility or very strict.
You may ask about it to the officer at the interview, if you are requested to make it,
but your old address is very far away from this area.(or in other country)
--They know and tell you how you can get it--

Thanks.

sdey! I don\'t know why, but it\'s really time consuming.

I don\'t have any vaguest idea about why my two time FP\'s are all rejected.
But, if your first FP is rejected, then it takes about several months to do the second FP.
(notice + waiting time)
And, if your second FP is rejected, then it takes another several months for the interview.

In total, if your two FP\'s are all rejected, then it may take five or six months more than the case
when you pass FP with the first one.
It\'s never ever a good experience.

Take care!

Thanks, ProActive!

Nice to see you again!
I hope that you\'d succeed in whatever you do.

Good luck to you, too!
