I-485 Approved according to AVM ND 03/2001, wife not yet

Here\'s my detail:
EB2 China
PD: 11/99
ND: 03/01
FP: 2/28/02
AD: 3/13/02

My wife filed her I485 after me in 12/2001. So she doesn\'t have FP yet. Is there anything I could do about it besides waiting?

You can try and hope to...

1) Contact INS via phone and speak to an IIO and ask them to schedule and hope for it

2) Fax the INS and hope they will schedule it for you

3) Contact local congressperson and hope they can help you somehow.

Quick question, were both your I-485 filed at the same time ? TSC claims they are sending out FP using national scheduler which supposedly sends out based on RD or ND. If your wife filed later it could explain why no FP for her. Otherwise its employ one (or all options) above or wait for FP...

These are just my opinions (ie am not a lawyer disclaimer)

Thanks for the options.
Since my wife filed later than me, it\'s not too surprised to see she doesn\'t have the FP yet. I\'ll probably wait a few months before taking any actions to see if TSC really schedules the FP automatically.
 
do I need to talk to Texas center or FP -FBI to confirm?

I did my FP on 3/5/02. And my Msg is standard msg 625-700 days. Do I need to talk to Texas center or FBI to confirm my FP is done and received?
