Hello Everyone,
This is a desperate call for help!!
My I-20 will expire in another day or two, and I have an H1B approved application from the USCIS however I have not got the H1B stamped. I plan on visiting Canada in December to see my fiance, and, in the meanwhile, will travel to India in November to get my H1B stamped. Because of the timing problem, I need to apply for my Canadian visitor visa right now. Could you please advise me on the following questions:
a) Can I face any problems in getting my Canadian visitor's visa approved?
b) What sort of documents should I send in my particular situation to prove my connection to the US?
c) Do all the documents (necessarily) have to be originals?
