Did anyone of you apply for I-140 by yourself, I mean without the help of attorney. If anyone has filed and had any problems/issues, could you please let me know. Thanks
It probably will depend on how well the LC was done
If your LC is done well and you are clearly qualified for the position as advertise and there is no issue regarding your employment letters or the company\'s ability to pay your salary you may be ok. There\'s a reason why attorneys charge a few hundred dollars for an H-1 and a couple thousand for an I-140. If it gets screwed up an attorney will charge big bucks to fix it, if fixing it is possible at all at that point.
