i received RFE on october 30 2003. Reply received by INS on the 18 december 2003. still waiting
 
Guys:::

i went through RFE cases on other forums... Typically talking .. INS takes an average of 30 days for the RFE response( the important note is mostly POSITIVE!!!)..

since they had two long holiday weeks. i hope you guys will have a bright lighted Jan/Feb corner.

So wait with your fingures crossed...

how many i-140 application he filed?10 or 12 ?
all of them got approved? one msg per approval, we must also congrat him in same way , one msg per approval:p

did u get your EAD and AP too??congrats
 
I applied my EAD on 04-OCT-200B and got approval on 15-Nov-2003. Regarding AP I have not yet applied.

finally approved. ins received my rfe on the 18th of december 2003. yesterday my attorney sent an email saying that my I-140 is approved. the INS web site still is not updated yet.
