My I-140 is in Texas SC and I received an RFE for education. I have 16 years education (10+2+3 yr. Diploma In Electronics + 1.5 yrs Post Diploma in computer applications). My labor has BS or equivalent + 2 years experience.
As per RFE, my 3 year diploma needs to be evaluated to US 4 year degree. Has anybody had any success with this kind of education or situation.
Please let me know, who is the best education evaluator available.
