My Attorney has filed for our I-140 and INS has received it on
01/08/03. Till now my Attorney did not get I-140 receipt of notice
so that they can file for I485 and others concurently.
Will the receipt of notice takes this much time. Is there any way I can call INS and find out the status.
Can any body share your experience in this regard please?
