Hello Folks,
I had recently filed my I-140 and my labor was approved on an under EB2 category with an MS plus an yr of experience and there is no alternate requirement listed in application.
I could not complete my MS due to some issues and now TSC has sent a letter requesting evidence. As there is no alternate requirement listed in the application my attorney says that we could not appeal for an alternative under EB2 with Bachelors and 5 yrs experience.
I had been working since 5 yrs full time on my CPT, OPT and 3 and 1/2 yrs on my H1. I am just confused and do not know what to do. Please suggest.
