Hi, Guys:
It seems that there are not so many approvals during the months of April, if you see the processing time (46 days for I-140 in TSC as of the end of March, What a sweet processing time ! But as a matter of fact, I saw some of the July (even April) of 2001 guys are still waiting for their 140-approvals, What is the meaning that INS announced the processing time in such a short period, but the reality is that the considerate number of the cases which has waited far longer than the time they post. I would say the processing time they post is completely B.S., nonsenses.
BTW: My case: 02-114-xxxxx (receipt notice Feb 28, 2002), still waiting.
