Hi All,
I filed my I-140 with normal process then changed to Premium process and i received e-mail from uscis on May 31, 2007 saying it is changed to Premium processing.
1. While changing to PP attorney applied my old priority date to port to this application. How long it takes Premium I-140 to get approval?.
2. Do i need to wait till my I-140 to clear to file I-485?(as my old priority date is current to file I485).
