I-140 now processing 2/9/04???

hmmnnnn That is so interesting.

I guess they decided our cases do not exist anymore......

Still waiting Sept 18th. Infact out of 74 cases submitted on that day 51 are still waiting.....

Only after two weeks it jumped from 5/26/03 to 2/9/04
 
They will leave most of the May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December 2003 cases just like that, process few Jan , Feb 2004 cases and update the website that they are processing Feb 2004 cases. I am happy that they have not showed that they are processing April, May 2004 cases. We all know, how many people who filed in 2003 are still waiting for approvals.

I feel that these dates are for display purpose only and have no meaning.
 
i think they mean that they are processing new cases recd in Feb 04 while clearing the pending cases from last year too..
 
of the 8 cases filed on Sept 16th, none have been cleared. I guess someone is warming them under his big fat *@#$.
