I-140 not yet approoved 60 days after the submission of RFE

Dear All

I submitted the I-140 in California service center for an EB3 schedule A job on Aug 18 2005 though my agency. On March 15 2006 USCIS confirmed that they received the RFE for my petition. LUD for my file is 22 April 2006. Still we don’t have any idea about my file. Anybody have same situation like me. Anybody have any comments on this issue.

My case is similar. My 140 was filed Aug 2005. Recieved an RFE Feb 2006. My attorneys submitted the response April 2006 and still havent heard anything from them. I had 4 LUD changes in 10 days after I submitted the RFE response the last one on 5/6/2006. I dont think the old RFE cases are transferred to TSC since I didnt recieve any emails. Hope they process these cases soon.
