Wife has 140 is approved from Employer A in 2013. Employer A is shutting down in a month time. But Employer A has another branch in different state and they have job opening (same job profile). They possibly are moving her to new location.
Spouse - started H1-B from Oct 2011 through July 2015. Files for Change of status to H4 in July 2015 and gets approval in Nov 2015. Later files for H4 EAD based on wife's approved I -140. Presently working on EAD.

Questions:
1) Will Employer will have to file new 140 even if it is the same parent company?
2) Can employer file H1 transfer and new 140 concurrently and still be able to port old 140 priority date?
3) Can 140, H1-B, H4 and H4-EAD be filed all together?
4) Does husband need to stop working on H4-EAD the moment Employer A starts H1-b transfer process for new location?
5) Can husband find another company to file H1-B since there are still 2 yrs available (out of 6 yr cycle), not sure if it is possible since H1-B was not active in past 2 yrs. Does that mean H1-B will have to go through lottery in April 2018?
